Welcome to the heart of West Coast Swing dance-action in northern Nevada. The Biggest
Little Swing Dance Club (BLSDC, aka: "Ballistic").
Whether you already enjoy dancing, or just think you might, this is
where it starts, and never ends....

Where: Sports West Athletic Club, 1575 South Virginia, corner of Virginia Street and Mount Rose St. (not Mount Rose Highway). We play about 70% West Coast Swing Music with a balance of Classic and New, and 30% other music, such as Cha Cha, Night Club 2-Step, Hustle, Country 2-Step, etc. When: Second
Saturday of each month. Lessons: 7:00-8:00pm. Basic Swing lesson;
free. Intermediate Swing; $5 members $10 guests. We need volunteers to help setup for our monthly dances. We need you to arrive at 6:30 PM. We need help to wipe down and move chairs from the trailer to the dance floor. We also need everyone to help clean up the garbage at the end of the dance, and move chairs and tables back out to the trailer. Thank you for being considerate members of the club. Thank you to all the members that helped at the previous dances!!!
Future Dance Dates for 2010:
February 6th 2010 - (Date change due to
Capital Convention) Dani Canziani will teach an intermediate West
Coast Swing lesson. Michele Malchow will be the DJ. We will have a
Newcomer/Novice Jack & Jill. The first 36 to show up for the lesson and
dance will receive a rose.
March 13th 2010 - Tim Renner
will teach an intermediate West Coast Swing lesson. Tim Renner will be the DJ.
April 10th 2010 - Martin and Susan Brown
will teach the free beginner lesson . Mark and Kim Blume will teach an
intermediate West Coast Swing lesson. Joe Loader will be the DJ.
May
8th 2010 - Mario Robau will return again for more West Coast Swing
workshops. We will have more details later.
NO beginner lesson this month! Steve Dorman will be the DJ.
