BLSDC

Welcome to BLSDC, the Biggest Little Swing Dance Club in Reno, Nevada

BLSDC is a West Coast Swing Dance Club devoted to promoting West Coast Swing in the Reno and surrounding areas.

Our Monthly Dance is held on the second Saturday of the month, October being an exception, on the second floor of the Sparks Heritage Museum. (Click Here For A Map) In September, however, we are holding it at The Ballroom of Reno to accommodate the special event. The address is 2540 Sutro St, Suite #4 in Reno. See below for details.

Join us THIS SATURDAY, September 13 at the Ballroom of Reno, 2540 Sutro St. Suite #4 Reno, Nevada 89512, for a great night of West Coast Swing dancing and the return of our Annual Pro/Am here in the Biggest Little City in the World - Reno, Nevada! Our goal this evening is to expose our local dance community to some higher-level dancers and events. We are inviting Advanced/All-Star/Professional dancers from the Sacramento, Sonoma, and Bay Area (as well as others) to be our guests for the evening and to compete with our amateur dancers.

The Intermediate workshop runs from 7:00-8:00 and will cost $5 for club members, $7 for sister-club members, and $10 for non-club members. The dance itself will run from 8:00-10:30 and will cost $7 for club and sister-club members, and $10 for non-club members.

As always, the Beginner workshop is totally FREE for newcomers and runs concurrent to the Intermediate class.

The Beginner lesson will be taught by our very own Jeffrey Munson, and the Intermediate lesson will be taught by the utterly fabulous Tami Krok! On top of that, Jessie Divine Mendoza be our guest DJ for the evening! She always plays fantastic music and keeps the floor packed.
